2FA will be implemented across all iTrade platforms starting Friday, 31 October 2025 after 6.00PM. You will need to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) each time you log in to your iTrade account. The OTP will be sent to your registered email address after you enter your User ID and password.

If you are experiencing issues logging in or placing an order, please contact your Dealer’s Representative or our iTrade Call Centre (03-2276 8686) immediately for assistance.
